Can an official vaccination record be provided after the appointment?
Yes, an official vaccination record that can be used for school and/or work can be sent to you after the appointment if requested
Will my regular doctor be notified that I received a shot?
With your consent, your regular health care providers will be notified.
What if I don’t know what shots my children and/or I need?
The state of TN vaccination record, which all healthcare providers will soon be required to report vaccinations to, can be checked.
What is your COVID-19 policy?
We take every precaution we can during this unique time to protect both the patients and our staff. By following CDC recommendations and beyond we ensure each the potential for contraction or spread of COVID-19 is minimized as much as possible. This is included, but not limited the use of facemasks, shoe protections, social distancing other than when necessary, and much more!
Do you have COVID-19 Test?
Yes, we do! Currently, we have COVID-19 Rapid Testing services available. Our rapid home delivery testing service can be scheduled for $199 per person. The test results are back within 15 minutes. This service is currently only available to the greater Nashville area.
Can you provide COVID-19 Vaccines?
TNVax is proud to announce we have been approved to provide Moderna COVID-19 vaccinations. To be eligible to receive the vaccine you must be at least 18 years of age or older. Please use the contact form below on this page to request a clinic.
